Try failing…intentionally…learn to love your mistakes, blemishes, and oversights while also seeing your skills and achievement. 2. Be honest. If you think that people only respect you because you try to be flawless. Let yourself be a full person: Imperfect and beautiful. The freedom you walk with might be contagious!
